2-Year Limited Warranty

Every WKND eBike is backed by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage

What's Covered

WKND eBikes ("WKND"), warrants all new WKND eBikes purchased directly from WKND eBikes, whether in person or through WKNDBikes.com, against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.

Frame & Structure
  • Frame and fork
  • Wheels — rims, hubs, spokes
  • Brakes and brake levers
  • Kickstand
Motor & Electrical
  • Motor and drive system
  • Controller and electrical system
  • Display
  • Lights — front and rear
  • Wiring harness
  • Throttle and pedal assist sensor
Battery
  • Battery and battery terminal
  • Charger
Accessories at Purchase
  • Fenders
  • Rear rack
  • All WKND-branded components installed at time of original purchase
Battery Coverage

The battery is warranted for two (2) years or 300 charging cycles, whichever comes first. The battery is designed to retain at least 75% of its original capacity during the coverage period.

Exclusions

What's Not Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following are not covered:

  • Cosmetic damage including dents, scratches, paint chips, or fading
  • Damage from accidents, crashes, or impact — including bent wheels, dented fenders, or broken components caused by collision
  • Normal wear and tear — tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, cable housings, grips, and pedal surfaces
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Damage from improper assembly, installation, or maintenance
  • Modifications or installation of parts not approved by WKND
  • Products used for racing, stunts, or competitive activities
  • Products used for commercial purposes including rental fleets or business use
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers
  • Theft or loss
  • Damage from water submersion or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal riding
Eligibility

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of a new WKND eBike. It is fully transferable to a subsequent owner, provided the transfer occurs prior to the expiration of the original warranty period. The new owner receives the benefit of this warranty for the time remaining under the original warranty only. The warranty period is not extended, reset, or renewed upon transfer.

This warranty applies only to bikes purchased and located in the United States. It does not provide coverage for Products located outside the United States.

Submit Your Info
Provide your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect.

We Review Your Claim
Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

We Make It Right
If approved, WKND will repair or replace the defective component at our discretion, at no cost to you. WKND covers shipping costs for all approved warranty claims. Labor costs for installation of replacement parts are the responsibility of the owner unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

Jurisdiction

Governing Law

This warranty and any claims arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
